Position Title: ERP Data Migration Intern / Quality Engineering Intern – Part-Time

Reports To: Sales Director/Site Manager
PURPOSE
Under the general direction of Sales Director/Site Manager this position will serve as a key role in assuring that data tasks are supported and implemented. Data will be migrated from Microsoft Dynamics AX & LIMS to SAP .
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for all quality data migration in ERP system; including coa modification,
generation, and emailing to customers.
• Assistance with updating ISO 9001 quality procedures
• Ensure system is built for quality techs to enter data.
• Responsible for building all routers and entry of all part numbers into ERP system.
• Open jobs to release data internally for project kick-offs in a timely fashion.
• Review, in detail, source data for data entry by compiling and sorting information.
• Process customer source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving
discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the Account Manager for resolution.
• Verify entered information is accurate by reviewing and correcting information as required.
• All other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent skills with data sets ensuring data integrity.
• Must be very detail oriented.
• Experience with data management and software systems.
• Ability to maintain clear and concise data.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• ERP experience required; Global Shop ERP experience preferred.
• Self-starter with a strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and can work independently, as
well as part of the team.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Business or Engineering Bachelor degree in progress.
