Specializes in the processing and underwriting support of accounts and exposures.

Essential Duties and Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Issue & assemble policies

  • Mass Mailings to subscribers

  • Maintain subscriber contact information

  • Account maintenance

  • Preparation & rating of new business accounts / renewals

  • Respond to telephone inquiries

  • Maintain client files

  • Process endorsements, certificates of insurance & invoicing

  • Issue policies

Required

  • Minimum education required – High School.

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite

  • Exceptional telephone demeanor

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Preferred

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or financial related discipline

  • Notary

  • License or Designation

Pay Range

18.00 - 20.00 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
