We are looking for a Summer Intern within the HR team! This position will be located in Mumbai.

Join our Human Resources team to leverage the cultural transformation of Roquette!
Your experience and talents will make the difference to:
•Contribute to or independently execute HR projects such as policy updates, process improvements, and research assignments
•Learn by doing activities like updating HR databases, trackers, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, etc
•Create dashboards and perform MIS analytics
•Prepare and manage HR reports, SOPs, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
•Participate in HR projects focused on process improvement, automation, and HR digitalization
•Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and well‑being activities
•Use AI-enabled tools for productivity enhancement in day-to-day HR tasks-to-day HR tasks
•Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery and a positive employee experience
What we will love about you:
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CoPilot)
•Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
•Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast paced environment-paced environment

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field
