Support the Lab & Ops team to digitize laboratory data sheets

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to digitize laboratory data sheets, converting document‑based and manual records into structured, electronic, and data‑driven formats to improve data accuracy, accessibility, and long‑term usability.
• Participate in the end‑to‑end solution lifecycle, including requirements research, solution design, system configuration/build, and comprehensive testing, ensuring digital solutions meet laboratory and business needs.
• Monitor and manage aging work‑in‑hand projects, proactively tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks, and driving timely resolution to reduce backlog and improve overall delivery efficiency.

• Undergraduate in science or engineering discipline
• Strong in data analytics
• Proficiency in MS Excel and creating macros
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
