PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
• Develop a mockup to automate a specific Customer Service Program financial reporting.
• Document all datasets required to support the reporting tool.
• Document the logic and macros used within the reporting process and tool design.
• Analyze current reporting workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, validate reporting needs, and organize project documentation.
• Support testing, review, and refinement of the mockup and related documentation throughout the internship period.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in finance, accounting, business, data analytics, information systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear process and technical documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to interpret data, follow reporting logic, and maintain accuracy in documentation.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• French speaker preferred to interact with parent company
• Experience with financial reporting, data analysis, or process documentation is preferred.
• Familiarity with Excel formulas, macros, or basic automation concepts is a plus.
• Interest in finance operations, reporting automation, or business process improvement.
• Ability to organize technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This is a temporary 11-week internship scheduled from July 6 through September 18, 2026. The position involves routine computer-based work, including analysis, documentation, and mockup development, and may require prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
