The Intern supports the administration group and works closely with their supervisor, following clearly defined general services procedures. This role provides an opportunity to develop new administration and Supply Chain Management (SCM) skills, performing basic administrative activities and applying existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.
The Intern is responsible for requesting, receiving, and tracking the flow of supplier documents for registration in the company’s operational system and for the pre-qualification process. Additionally, they manage all supplier registration documentation and purchase order records/files, ensuring accuracy and proper organization. The Intern also actively participates in the end-to-end SCM process, supporting procurement activities and contributing to the efficient execution of supply chain operations.
