Team Overview and Job responsibilities:

We are looking for an Environmental Management Intern to join our team.

Based in Vila Velha, Brazil, you will be responsible to carry out activities related to environmental management, to support the control of legal requirements, to support the management and monitoring of the environmental impacts generated by the unit and to promote awareness actions with employees and the areas of direct impacts of the unit, in accordance with established guidelines and strategies and in accordance with current legislation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support in the execution of environmental monitoring;

• Monitor compliance with HSE legal requirements;

• Monitoring and support to HSE audits;

• Support and monitoring of socio-environmental demands with the community;

• Support in the execution of environmental inspections in the operational area;

• Support operational demands with audits and Environmental Dialogues;

• Support and monitoring of the environmental management system;

• Assist the HSE sector in the preparation and execution of internal training (Week of environment, integration, HSE recycling, PEAT and SIPAT);

• Support in the execution of internal simulations;

• Support for compliance with internal HSE procedures.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and motivations

• Undergraduate degree in environmental engineering or biology in progress

• Intermediate English desirable

• Mastery of the Office Package

• Good interpersonal skills

• Ease of communication

• Ability to carry out training

Estamos à procura de um Estagiário (a) em gestão ambiental para integrar a nossa equipe. Com sede em Vila Velha, Brasil, você será responsável por realizar atividades relacionadas a gestão ambiental, apoiar no controle de requisitos legais, apoiar na gestão e no monitoramento dos impactos ambientais gerados pela unidade e promover ações de conscientização juntos aos colaboradores e as áreas de impactos diretos da unidade, de acordo com diretrizes e estratégias estabelecidas e de acordo com a legislação vigente.

Funções e responsabilidades:

• Apoio na execução de monitoramentos ambientais;
• Acompanhar os atendimentos aos requisitos legais de HSE;
• Acompanhamento e apoio as auditorias de HSE;
• Apoio e acompanhamento das demandas socioambientais com a comunidade;
• Apoio na execução das inspeções ambientais na área operacional;
• Apoio as demandas operacionais com auditorias e Diálogos Ambientais;
• Apoio e acompanhamento do sistema de gestão ambiental;
• Auxiliar o setor de HSE na elaboração e execução de treinamentos internos (Semana de meio ambiente, integração, reciclagens de HSE, PEAT e SIPAT);
• Apoio na execução de simulados internos;
• Apoio ao cumprimento dos procedimentos internos de HSE.
