Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of hospitality operations and management. The successful candidate will have the chance to learn from industry professionals and contribute to the success of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with guest relations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Support food and beverage operations, including restaurant service, menu planning, and inventory management.
  • Contribute to event planning and execution for conferences, weddings, and other special occasions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, data entry, and report generation.
  • Take part in training sessions and workshops to enhance hospitality and management skills.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a hospitality management or related degree program.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
