About the Team

The New Programs department manages the launch of new products, components, and engineering changes for OEM customers in the automotive industry. The team evaluates technical feasibility, timing, and costs to ensure programs meet automotive and customer standards. It works closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Logistics to achieve successful industrialization. Key responsibilities include managing APQP, PPAP, pilot builds, and validation phases to ensure smooth transition into serial production while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.

What you can look forward to as New Programs Intern:

• Participate in continuous improvement and optimization projects within the department.
• Support daily New Programs activities and cross-functional coordination.
• Assist with material shipments and logistics follow-up for new projects.
• Support pilot runs, trial builds, and new project executions.
• Prepare and support PPAP documentation and related customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Gain hands-on exposure to automotive product launch processes.

Your Profile as New Programs Intern:

• Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering program.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and proactive mindset.
• Interest in automotive manufacturing and project coordination.
• Basic knowledge of PPAP and quality tools (preferred).
• Familiarity with Power BI or data analysis tools (desirable).
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
