Key Responsibilities

• Assist in AI tool evaluation and identify suitable use cases for business teams.
• Test and assess approved AI tools (e.g., productivity, automation, enterprise-approved AI applications) and document findings.
• Support development of pilot workflows, including prompt guidance, basic usage playbooks, and reference materials for business users.
• Conduct demos and enablement sessions to improve AI awareness, practical understanding, and adoption.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to refine use cases and improve usability.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing results, risks, feasibility, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and policy requirements (e.g., confidentiality, approved tool usage).

Preferred areas of study

• Artificial Intelligence / Data Science
• Computer Science / Information Systems

Preferred skills

• Strong interest in AI technologies and emerging digital tools (e.g., generative AI productivity/automation tools)
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with digital tools to test hypotheses and document outcomes
• Good communication and presentation skills (ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences)
• Basic understanding of AI tool use cases, evaluation methods, and user adoption concepts
