1. Purpose

2. Key responsibilities and Tasks
● The GMP-compliant implementation and documentation of your tasks in your area with a focus on the quality of the product and the processes
● Informing the supervisor in the event of any special incidents
● The confidentiality of all personal and sensitive operational data
● The promotion and maintenance of a collegial and performance-oriented working atmosphere
● Your own further education
● Cost-conscious work and optimization of processes
● Safety, order and cleanliness in the work area
● Constructive cooperation with other departments to fulfill the tasks described
3. Specific Tasks
● Support the department in "daily business"
● Support project work
● Support process optimization and continuous improvement
● Support managing, creation and revision of documents (e.g. standard operating procedures)
● Reduction and optimization of documents
Collaborations (internal and external)
● There are interfaces within all groups in Basel Drug Substances and to other Basel/Kaiseraugst internal and external groups / departments. Meetings are attended and supported if necessary.

5. Qualifications
5.1 Education
● University or college student (ongoing or graduated), preferably in a field of natural sciences (e.g. pharmacy, biology, chemistry) or in the field of engineering (e.g. biotechnology, pharmaceutical technology, process engineering).
5.2 Experience
● GMP knowledge (is preferable)
5.3 Knowledge, Skills, Competencies
● Good knowledge of office applications as well as fluent German and basic English skills are required
● Encourage the departments to implement GMP requirements
