The Position

Internship/Immersive Engineering/Biopharma/MNC/June 2026-27

Roche has set its Customer Experience Center (CX) in Chennai, India as their first state of the art center based on immersive technologies. Roche’s CX aims to leverage technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to elevate customer experience which results in personalized engagements and provides real world experiences to its stakeholders. The Customer Experience Center is intended to be a space to immerse the audience in an environment to enable clarity of concepts. The focus is on putting the modern day technologies to stay ahead on the Digital CX curve, create an indelible space in the hearts and minds of its customers, demonstrate the value of its innovations, bring alive its rich legacy of scientific contributions to humankind and partner with customers viz physicians, patients to co-create solutions and do what patients need next.

If selected, you are expected to develop Unity based 3D content / models and design/build/ maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Alongside work with 3d modeling and design experts to establish an effective pipeline, deploy codes into various hardware’s like oculus and HTC Vive

What is needed from you?

• A mindset to learn and be open to challenges.

• Passion for learning immersive media, real-time engines, and bringing groundbreaking experiences to the market.

• Possess analytical skills, quality driven attitude, straightforward, self-motivated, and being proactive.

• Proficient in C or C# or C++ will be an advantage. Knowledge of tools like Vuforia, web AR/XR is nice to have.
