Key Responsibilities

• Design proactive 2nd packaging concept collections (bags & accessories), such as:
  • cosmetic pouches
  • totes
  • gift bags
  • accessories and related packaging add-ons
• Use AI design platforms to support:
  • ideation and concept development
  • visualization and mood exploration
  • creation of design directions and prototypes (concept-level)
• Create innovative presentation formats, including:
  • AI-generated visuals
  • storytelling layouts
  • mood boards
  • digital decks
• Develop and refine effective AI prompts to speed up and improve design output
• Follow up on sample execution with China factories as needed, subject to schedule availability

Preferred Areas of Study

• Fashion Design / Product Design
• Textile & Fabric Studies
• Industrial Design / Accessories Design
• Digital Design / Creative Technology

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Strong design sensibility and a passion for beauty industry packaging, especially bags & accessories
• AI-savvy: familiar with AI design platforms (e.g., image generation, concept visualization, video generation)
• Ability to write effective prompts and iterate them to achieve better results
• Basic understanding of fabrics/materials (textures, finishes, usability)
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills (visual + verbal)
• Curious, agile, open-minded, and proactive
• Highly trend-aware with a strong pulse on emerging design and market directions
