• Assists with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to production performance or process optimization.
• Support engineers in planning, designing, and testing manufacturing process or product modifications.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for production or quality issues.
• Prepare and update standard operating procedures, technical documents, and engineer drawings.
• Conduct studies and assist with line balance, workflow layout, or equipment evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Operations.
• Contribute to sustainability and waste reduction projects as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and findings.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Present findings or recommendations to supervisors and other project stakeholders.
• All other duties as assigned.
