This role will support managing and developing social network content, creating email
campaigns, and offering general support to NSF’s Latin America Marketing team. We’re
seeking someone eager to learn and grow in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the social networks calendar, primarily focusing on LinkedIn and metrics reporting
• Create digital and graphic arts in Canva following corporate templates • Create, monitor, and report on email campaigns
• Support planning and organization activities for webinars in the region
• Help with external vendor management such as tradeshow suppliers, translation agencies etc
• Collaborate on and contribute to digital marketing strategies
• Work closely with the Latin America regional marketing team and other business areas
• Prepare reports with the KPIs for marketing activities and results.
• Assist with various administrative and coordination tasks within the marketing department
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Basic knowledge of B2B Marketing
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Illustrator is preferred
• Experience developing email campaigns on any mailing system is preferred
• Proactive, independent, responsible, and eager to learn.
