About the Opportunity
A Vancouver commercial real estate practice is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support complex commercial real estate transactions for a sophisticated client base.
Key Responsibilities
Support commercial real estate purchase, sale, and financing transactions
Prepare closing documents, title searches, and due diligence materials
Coordinate with lenders, other counsel, and government land title offices
Manage multiple concurrent transaction files and deadlines
Assist lawyers with leasing and development matters as needed
Qualifications
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
Significant commercial real estate paralegal experience (intermediate to senior level)
Strong knowledge of BC land title and registration procedures
Excellent attention to detail and file-management skills
Ability to work independently on high-value transactions
