Intermediate Trainer

Start Date: 08/03/2026

End Date: 07/31/2027

The expectation will be for the resource to work onsite from the office 5 days a Week

Location: Edmonton, AB.

Skills:

1. Experience developing communication materials.
2. Experience leading curriculum design projects from inception to completion.
3. Experience with ERP systems training (e.g., Finance, HCM/Payroll, Supply Chain Management).
4. Demonstrated experience with training evaluation methods including formative and summative evaluation approaches.
5. Demonstrated knowledge of training needs analyses and competency development frameworks.
6. Experience developing computer-based training using eLearning Authoring Tools or Screen Recorder & Video Editor tools such as Articulate 360 or similar
7. Experience developing and implementing effective training plans.
8. Experience developing multimedia and graphical learning content to support training materials.
9. Experience utilizing AI Productivity Tools (e.g., Co-Pilot, Gemini, NotebookLM) to enhance content development and workflow efficiency.
