The Opportunity

We are seeking an Intermediate or Senior Accountant to join our growing Singleton office. You’ll play a key role in driving the next phase of our growth and will be mentored by Partners who are deeply invested in helping you develop into a future leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Partners and team members to deliver timely, high‑quality client work
  • Providing tax planning and advisory services
  • Assisting with staff training and contributing to a culture of continuous learning
  • Preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns across individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
  • Preparing and reviewing BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG preparation
  • Liaising with statutory authorities on behalf of clients
  • Participating in team meetings, training sessions and social events
  • Delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships

About You

  • 2-3+ years’ experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
  • CA qualified or working towards qualification
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting (or similar)
  • Familiarity with practice management platforms like MYOB AE, APS, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, and QuickBooks - or a strong aptitude for learning new systems
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
  • A client-first mindset and commitment to delivering quality service
  • A long-term vision to grow into a leadership role and contribute meaningfully to the team
