This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the company’s overall financial operations. The position involves managing transactions, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams and international offices to maintain compliance and efficiency in financial processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions
Prepare and maintain financial statements
Perform bank reconciliations
Prepare and issue invoices
Record and update transactions using accounting software (QuickBooks)
Manage accounting for multiple entities
Assist in day-to-day transactional accounting requirements
Coordinate and audit Accounts Payable transactions with international offices
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years of solid accounting experience
Proficient in QuickBooks (Enterprise version is an advantage, but not required)
Experience in handling multi-entity accounting is preferred
Knowledge of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable audit is an advantage
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Willing to work on any shift
Willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
