This position is a full-time, hybrid role with onsite responsibilities in Indianapolis, IN. Candidates within a drivable commute distance to Indianapolis will be considered.

In this role, you'll partner with Revenue Cycle and Finance teams to solve business challenges, build reporting and analytics solutions, and streamline processes using tools like SQL, Power BI, and Excel. You'll play a key role in exciting enterprise initiatives including ServiceNow, Databricks, and Epic, while working with stakeholders across the organization to transform data into meaningful results.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provides evaluation, implementation, and support of Revenue Cycle information systems. The incumbent will be responsible for ongoing system support, administration, maintenance, upgrades, and be the onsite vendor liaison for Revenue Cycle associated applications.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all Revenue Cycle applications are available and functioning properly and that customer requests are satisfied on time and with the highest quality.
  • Duties will involve problem analysis, issue resolution, and on-call support.
  • This position will work closely with Systems Analysts, end users, technical IS staff, and application vendors. Assigned to moderately difficult IS application work.
  • Incumbent knows and applies the fundamental concepts and practices of information systems.
  • Incumbent performs work that is varied and somewhat difficult and can do so with only general guidance or direction.
  • Demonstrates proficiency with troubleshooting, system functionality, configuration, contributing to basic systems design, data structures, and documentation.
  • Demonstrates a continued growth in systems skill set.

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

Preferred:

  • 3-5 years experience in SQL
  • Experience in Databricks
  • Experience in DevOps/Git
  • Experience in Power BI
  • Experience in Healthcare RCS

Required:

  • Prefer Bachelor's or Associates degree in a technical field from an accredited university such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT.
  • Requires good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products. Requires working knowledge of Revenue Cycle operations or associated information systems.
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Requires exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, quality focus, and analytical skills.
  • Requires the ability to take initiative and meet objectives.
  • Requires the ability to promote teamwork and build effective relationships.
  • Requires the ability to maintain confidential communication and use judgment and discretion.
  • Requires general consulting skill, process improvement, customer relationship skills, reporting skills, and technical zeal.
  • Requires the ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Requires self-motivation with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities in a high pressure environment.
  • Requires a willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.
