Join WSP as an Intermediate Ecologist in Auckland!

Are you eager to advance your career in ecology? WSP is searching for a talented and passionate ecologist with 2–4 years of experience to join our innovative team. If you’re excited to learn, bring energy to your work, and have strong field skills in both terrestrial and aquatic environments, we want to hear from you!

At WSP, you’ll get to work on exciting, impactful projects—like Blue-Green networks, wind and solar farms, industrial developments, new highways, water quality improvements, wetland creation, and stream restorations. As part of our team, you’ll help deliver essential infrastructure for Auckland and communities throughout New Zealand, growing your career while making a real difference.

About you

MSc – Ecology or Biology background
Consulting background desirable
CPEng or equivalent or nearing submission
Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience working in the ecological field of infrastructure, renewable energy and streams
Project Management experience and training would be advantageous
Creative, and solutions-driven, collaborative and relationship-oriented
Current clean drivers’ licence
