RESPONSIBILITIES
The Flight Test Engineer is essential for coordinating plans and processes, training personnel, and supporting flight test execution of flight tests. This role is responsible for supporting the government customer in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs for MDA flight test personnel. The primary objective is to ensure that the test training program runs efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with established procedures, providing the backbone for successful mission execution.
