MAXIMO manufactures, supplies and installs commercial and residential balustrades and exterior products across Auckland. They've built strong, repeat relationships with reputable construction companies through sound advice, quality workmanship and on-time delivery.

An opportunity has come up for an Intermediate Estimator to join their team in Onehunga.

About the Role

• Produce accurate, timely pricing estimates for residential and commercial projects

• Liaise with drafting, scheduling and factory teams to keep jobs moving

• Build strong working relationships with builders, QSs and clients

• Deliver weekly project updates the team can rely on

• Keep forecasting and tender sheets up to date

• Support the sales team to grow the commercial pipeline

About You

• A minimum of 3 years of estimator experience in a similar role

• Qualifications in engineering, construction or equivalent

• Experience in construction (subcontractor side) is ideal

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Bluebeam

• Solid grasp of engineering fundamentals and confidence in reading and interpreting plans

• Experience using CAD systems
