Job Title: Intermediate Applications Developer

Experience: 4–6 Years

Location: Chennai

Department: Technology / Application Development

We are looking for a highly motivated Intermediate Applications Developer with 4–6 years of experience in modern web application development. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in React for UI development, Python and Django for backend services, and hands-on experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Python, and Django
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to support frontend applications.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly UI components using React
• Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Design and optimize database interactions using BigQuery and AlloyDB
• Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability standards
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver features end-to-end.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development, testing, and production environments.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for efficient deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience in React.js for frontend development.
• Proficiency in Python with experience in Django framework for API and backend development.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Experience working with BigQuery and AlloyDB databases.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated deployment pipelines.
• Experience working with cloud-native architectures
• Understanding of security best practices in application development
• Exposure to event-driven or serverless architectures in GCP.
