Job Description

What You’ll Do

• 
  Support full-cycle accounting activities related to manufacturing operations
• 
  Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end reporting
• 
  Analyze manufacturing variances, inventory, and cost trends
• 
  Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support informed decision-making
• 
  Assist with inventory accounting, costing, and operational financial analysis
• 
  Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• 
  Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, and system optimization
• 
  Assist with audits and compliance requirements across Canadian and U.S. operations
• 
  Support ERP and reporting processes, including data validation and analysis

What We’re Looking For

• 
  Post-secondary degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline
• 
  CPA designation completed or actively pursuing is an asset
• 
  Manufacturing and/or CPG industry experience is required
• 
  Solid understanding of inventory, costing, and manufacturing accounting principles
• 
  Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
• 
  Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• 
  Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• 
  Ability to communicate clearly and partner effectively with both Finance and Operations teams
• 
  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment; proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented

Notes

• Located in: Richmond, BC (Hybrid)
• 
  Periodic travel to Blaine, Washington and possibly Sussex Wisconsin
• 
  $80,000–$90,000 base salary + 10% bonus
