Your Role

This is more than a job - it’s a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the firm, contribute meaningfully to the team, and work toward becoming a future Partner. You’ll work closely with experienced Partners and a collaborative team, gaining exposure across a diverse client base while developing both technical and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing Financial Statements and Tax Returns for various entities
• Completing BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG obligations
• Managing payroll tax and workers compensation reconciliations
• Liaising with statutory authorities and supporting clients
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to training
• Participating in team events and monthly tax updates
• Supporting a culture of growth, accountability, and shared success

What You Bring

You’re a proactive accounting professional who thrives in a team-focused environment and is ready to invest in your long-term career. You bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
• CA qualification or currently undertaking CA studies
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Familiarity with practice management platforms like MYOB AE, APS, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, and QuickBooks - or a strong aptitude for learning new systems
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
• A client-first mindset and commitment to delivering quality service
• A long-term vision to grow into a leadership role and contribute meaningfully to the team
