Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Intermediate 360 IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to managing the client relationship and placing candidates in IT roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Understand clients hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss requirements, feedback, and market trends.
  2. Candidate Sourcing and Attraction
    • Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
    • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
    • Write and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  3. Candidate Screening and Selection
    • Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and manage the interview process between candidates and clients.
    • Provide constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  4. Placement and Onboarding
    • Negotiate job offers and terms of employment between clients and candidates.
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.
    • Follow up with placed candidates to ensure successful integration into their new roles.
  5. Market Research and Analysis
    • Stay updated with the latest trends in the IT industry and recruitment practices.
    • Provide insights and market intelligence to clients and colleagues.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in 360 recruitment, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Proven track record of successful placements and client management.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
