ROLE PURPOSE:

Supports the execution of strategic business initiatives and marketing activities for intermediaries’ channels to drive marketing execution, development and partner engagement for contributing AUM and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

1. Assist in the development and execution of strategic enablement plans and marketing programs aligned with business objectives to drive AUM growth and partner engagement.
2. Collaborate with sale and partnership team for marketing activities, sales campaigns, and co-branded initiatives with intermediaries, ensuring alignment with product strategy and sales plans.
3. Support the creation, enhancement, and deployment of sales tools, marketing materials, RFP and related on boarding process to facilitate effective communication and engagement across stakeholders.
4. Monitor campaign performance, sales pipeline progress, and key business metrics. Prepare insights and reports to support data-driven decisions.
5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Summarize insights to support strategic planning.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and alignment across functions.
7. Support strategic projects by coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and alignment with business priorities.
8. OTHERS assigned by team lead and senior leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any fields, master’s degree is preferred.
2. 3-5 years of experience in asset management, mutual fund distribution, or financial advisory business.
3. Strong organizational, cross functional, agility with attention to detail and deadline.
