What You Will Do

• Lead and complete interior residential painting projects
  
  
• Organize and run jobs efficiently from start to finish
  
  
• Confirm you are on the way to the job each day
  
  
• Provide daily progress updates to the office and customer
  
  
• Upload job photos using CompanyCam
  
  
• Confirm colors and job scope before starting
  
  
• Maintain clean, professional job sites
  
  
• Train, oversee, and lead 1+ team members
  
  
• Deliver strong customer experience on every job
  
  

A Day in the Life

Morning

• Confirm you are on the way to the job
  
  
• Arrive on time, review job scope, confirm colors & plan the day
  
  
• Set up job site cleanly and safely
  
  
• Assign work and lead your teammate
  
  

During the Day

• Stay organized and keep the job moving efficiently
  
  
• Communicate with customer and office as needed
  
  
• Upload progress photos to CompanyCam
  
  
• Maintain quality, cleanliness, and professionalism
  
  
• Train and guide your team member
  
  

End of Day
