Interior Designer (Luxury Hospitality & F&B)

Our client is a premier fitout contractor specialising in high-end hospitality and F&B interior projects for Macaus world-class integrated resorts and luxury hotel brands. With a reputation for excellence, precision, and innovation, they deliver exceptional turnkey solutions for casino floors, VIP gaming areas, fine dining venues, and luxury guest suites.

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with proven experience in luxury hotel and F&B design to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge creative vision and technical execution, producing detailed construction drawings and collaborating closely with project teams to ensure design integrity and superior craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and joinery details for high-end hospitality and F&B projects.
• Translate conceptual designs from architects and clients into practical, buildable solutions.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to ensure design alignment and resolve on-site challenges.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to maintain design intent, budget, and programme.
• Source and specify luxury materials, finishes, and furnishings suitable for high-traffic commercial environments.
• Ensure compliance with Macau building codes, regulations, and client standards.

Requirements

• Macau Permanent Resident ID holder (required).
• Minimum 5 years experience in interior design, with a focus on luxury hotels, F&B, or integrated resorts
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and preferably Revit/BIM
• Strong technical knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and fitout methodologies.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-end hospitality or F&B projects.
