Job Description

For a renowned design and architecture firm delivering high-end hospitality, luxury residential, F&B and commercial projects across Greece and internationally.

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design & Project Manager to lead the design studio, oversee project delivery, and ensure the successful execution of multiple luxury projects from concept through completion.

The successful candidate will combine strong design sensibility with exceptional project leadership capabilities, managing internal teams and coordinating a wide network of external consultants, contractors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor two Design Managers responsible for project execution and studio operations.
• Foster a culture of creativity, excellence and accountability.
• Develop team capabilities and ensure efficient resource allocation across projects.
• Act as the senior escalation point for project-related challenges.

Project Leadership

• Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple projects simultaneously, from concept design through construction and final delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to quality standards.
• Maintain direct involvement in key design decisions and client presentations.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies when required.

Design Excellence

• Safeguard the firm's design philosophy and creative vision.
• Review and approve design concepts, technical drawings, specifications and material selections.
• Ensure all projects reflect the expected standards of luxury, functionality and innovation.
• Stay informed about international design trends, hospitality concepts and premium customer experiences.

Stakeholder & Consultant Management

• Coordinate architects, engineers, lighting consultants, MEP specialists, quantity surveyors and other external partners.
• Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and technical requirements.

Client Management

• Build trusted relationships with high-profile clients and investors.
• Participate in business development opportunities and client pitches.
• Present design concepts and project updates to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure a premium client experience throughout the project journey.

Requirements

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Interior Architecture, Architecture or Design Project Management.
• Proven experience delivering luxury hospitality, F&B, residential or mixed-use projects.
• Previous leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong exposure to high-end international standards and luxury brands.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of architecture, interior design and construction processes.
• Experience managing complex project budgets and timelines.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and design visualization tools.
• Strong contract and consultant management capabilities.

Reporting Line

Reports directly to the Founder / Managing Director.

Direct management of two Design Managers and indirect leadership of all project-related external consultants and contractors.
