Job Description

Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
2. Experience: Proven track record with 9 to 12 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful projects.
3. Driving License: Mandatory.
4. Location: Candidate must be currently available in Abu Dhabi.
5. Language Skills: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptual Design: Develop creative and innovative interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project goals.
2. Project Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of interior design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
3. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements, providing exceptional customer service throughout the design process.
4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of interior design elements into overall project plans.
5. Material and Product Selection: Source and recommend appropriate materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with design concepts, budget constraints, and industry trends.
6. Presentation Skills: Create visually compelling presentations to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and project stakeholders.
7. Space Planning: Develop efficient and functional space plans that optimize the use of available space while adhering to design principles.
8. Site Inspections: Conduct on-site inspections to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction phase.
