Interior Designer
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in interior design or related field from reputed institute
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, Sketch Up or similar design software.
Professional work experience:
Relevant experience of up to 04 years with reputed Interior Architects / Project Management Consultant
Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
Desirable Skills:
Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
Communication and presentation skills
Overall project execution of project which includes quality and safety management, tracking of contract program and procurement of long lead items.
To arrange co-ordination meetings, providing the approved drawings through consultants, estimation and getting quotations from material suppliers and contractors, bills certification, preparing weekly reports.
Identifying future critical technical and commercial issues which are hindering the progress of works and resolving them through coordination with architects, structural consultants, PMC and Trustees.
Co-ordination of site works with consultants and contractors, organizing site meetings to resolve bottlenecks to achieve targets.
Supervise work progress.
Resolving daily maintenance complaint received from various Institutes includingplumbing, carpentry, welding etc.
Maintaining status and reporting of the above activities to the HOD.
Visiting all Institutes as and when required.
Any other work assigned to you.
