About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to develop innovative and functional interior design solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. This role involves conceptualizing design ideas, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality project execution aligned with client expectations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Concept Development & Space Planning
Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.
Prepare mood boards, layouts, and space planning solutions.
Create functional and aesthetically appealing interior environments.
Ensure designs align with project themes, brand identity, and market trends.
Design Documentation & Technical Drawings
Prepare detailed interior drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Develop 2D and 3D design presentations using industry-standard software.
Coordinate material selections, finishes, furniture, and lighting specifications.
Ensure design documentation complies with project standards and regulations.
Project Coordination & Execution
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
Coordinate site activities to ensure proper execution of design intent.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress reviews.
Resolve design-related issues during project execution.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Meet with clients to understand design preferences and project requirements.
Present design proposals, concepts, and material selections.
Maintain strong communication with clients throughout project stages.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and project delivery standards.
Material Selection & Vendor Coordination
Source materials, furnishings, and accessories suitable for project requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding samples, pricing, and deliveries.
Ensure quality and consistency in material selection and installation.
Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and products.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company guidelines.
Monitor quality standards throughout project execution.
Support implementation of sustainable and innovative design practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in interior design within residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical design expertise.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
