Job Information


Job Responsibilities:
  • Design new outlets and oversee renovation/remodelling of existing stores, including layout planning and interior design concepts aligned with brand standards
  • Conduct site measurements, feasibility studies, and space planning to support project execution
  • Prepare detailed design drawings, construction documentation, and tender packages
  • Coordinate closely with project teams, internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery
  • Monitor construction progress to ensure quality workmanship, compliance with design specifications, budget control, and timeline adherence
  • Provide support for maintenance-related design modifications and continuous improvement of existing stores

Requirements:
  • Diploma holder in Interior Design, Building Studies or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in F&B, Retail, or Commercial projects
  • Solid experience in architectural/interior design drawings and on-site construction coordination
  • Proficient in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools
  • Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines; occasional overtime may be required
