Our client is an International Construction Management and General Contracting Company. They provide Construction Management and General Contracting services to their Clients with a level of expertise, service and commitment unparalleled in the industry. They offer a complete scope of construction services ranging from interior fit-out and refurbishment to out of the ground construction in Commercial, Manufacturing, Hotel & Hospitality, High Technology and Retail sectors of industry.
Interior Designer (5-day work)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Commercial Office / Shop Drawings
- Coordinate with project team to clarify the design query
- Coordinate with sub-contractor
- Prepare information and submission documents to consultant for approval
- Liaises with Consultants for proper facilitation of site works during the course of design revision
- Higher Diploma or above in Interior Design or related discipline
- 5 years or above Autocad drafting experience in Fitting out Projects.
- Familiar with Photoshop, Indesign, AutoCAD and Sketch Up 3D Max is preferable
- Ability to work under pressure independently to meet tight deadlines
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Immediate Available is an advantage.
