We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–4 years of experience who are passionate about transforming spaces into functional, aesthetically pleasing environments. You will work closely with clients, architects, and project teams to conceptualize and execute interior design solutions that align with client requirements, brand identity, and spatial functionality.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client briefs, site conditions, and project goals
• Create space plans, layouts, mood boards, and 2D/3D design presentations
• Collaborate with architects and project stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with structural requirements
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements in line with project vision and budget
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for execution
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design accuracy, and resolve on-site challenges
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design and architecture

Must-Have Skills

• Strong foundation in Interior Design principles including space planning, color theory, lighting, and materials
• Working knowledge of Architecture, with the ability to understand technical drawings and structural constraints
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar software
• Strong visualization and conceptualization skills
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge or exposure to Interior Architecture, including integration of interior spaces with structural and architectural elements
• Experience working on residential, commercial, or retail design projects
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and materials
• Basic understanding of project costing and budgeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 1–4 years of relevant professional experience in interior design or architectural firms
