Job Title – Interior Designer

About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to develop and execute high-quality interior design concepts for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role involves transforming design ideas into functional and aesthetically appealing spaces while ensuring alignment with project vision, client expectations, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design Concept DevelopmentDevelop innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts.Translate client requirements and project briefs into creative design solutions.Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures in line with design vision.Ensure designs reflect brand identity and market positioning.
Technical Design & DocumentationPrepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications.Develop 2D/3D designs and visual presentations.Ensure all technical drawings comply with project requirements and standards.Coordinate design documentation for approvals and execution.
Project Coordination & ExecutionCollaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams.Ensure smooth execution of design concepts on-site.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy.Resolve design-related issues during project implementation.
Vendor & Material CoordinationCoordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials and furnishings.Source and select high-quality materials within budget constraints.Monitor procurement and delivery timelines.Ensure quality and consistency of materials used.
Quality & ComplianceEnsure all designs meet quality standards and project specifications.Comply with local regulations, safety standards, and guidelines.Maintain consistency in design execution and finishing.Address any deviations and implement corrective actions.
Reporting & PresentationPrepare design presentations and proposals for stakeholders.Maintain documentation of design changes and approvals.Provide regular updates on design progress.Support client meetings and presentations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in interior design within real estate or design consultancy.Experience in residential or commercial projects is preferred.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is an advantage.
