We currently inviting qualified candidates to join our growing international, dynamic, and creative team in Hong Kong.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪ Assists design leader to translate design concept into reality
▪ Prepares and coordinates the development and preparation of preliminary design concepts
▪ Co-ordinates the development of technical/design solutions
▪ Select and research project design materials, furnishings, and accessories
▪ Co-ordinates and prepares design documents, sketches, plans, details and schedules under the direction of design leader

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or equivalent in education or experience
▪ 5 to 8 years of design experience required
▪ Good knowledge of hospitality design is a bonus
▪ Demonstrable skills in creative design solutions including design/selection of FF&E
▪ LEED accreditation an advantage
▪ Ability to communicate effectively in presentations and in writing
▪ Fluent in both written and spoken English, with Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus
▪ Proficiency in Photoshop and/or Affinity required
▪ Proficiency in Revit and other 3D modeling software such as Sketch-Up and Enscape required
