  • Develop detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards to accurately showcase your design vision.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement of materials and furniture.
  • Oversee project execution, collaborating with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections, ensuring smooth project progress and adherence to safety regulations.
• Design Expertise:
  • Possess a strong understanding of design principles, space planning, color theory, and material selection.
  • Stay up-to-date on current trends and innovations in the interior design industry.
  • Source high-quality, sustainable materials and furniture that align with project design and budget.
  • Create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that optimize functionality and flow.
• Communication & Collaboration:
  • Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to clients, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Actively listen to client feedback and incorporate it into your designs.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Present design proposals and updates in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in residential/commercial interior design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and design presentation tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with a strong work ethic.
• Passion for interior design and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
