Job Title - Interior Designer
We are hiring an experienced Interior Designer to join the property development team in Dubai. The role involves managing interior design concepts from initial planning through execution, ensuring high-quality design standards, functionality, and alignment with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop interior architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design packages for residential and commercial projects.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and review drawings, material specifications, BOQs, and finish schedules.
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, project timelines, and budgets.
Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues.
Support value engineering initiatives without compromising design intent or quality.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture.
Minimum 6+ years of experience, preferably with a property developer or real estate firm.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Solid knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E, and local building codes.
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
