Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Interior Design Planning: Design interior layouts and create architectural drawings for high-rise buildings, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are implemented accurately and within project specifications.
• Space Planning: Develop effective space planning solutions and create detailed design concepts that meet the needs of the project.
• Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences and ensure that their vision is incorporated into the final product.
• Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, and furniture that align with the overall design vision and comply with safety standards.
• Quality Control: Conduct site inspections to ensure design implementation is aligned with project requirements and standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet local building codes, regulations, and industry standards for safety and sustainability.
• Project Documentation: Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation to present design ideas to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience as an Interior Design Architect, specifically in high-rise building projects.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to produce high-quality designs with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team Collaboration: Proven experience working effectively with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
