Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and functional interior concepts for corporate and commercial spaces that enhance productivity and aesthetics.
• Create bespoke designs for high-end residences, reflecting luxury taste and client lifestyle preferences.
• Balance contemporary style with practical functionality in all design projects.
• Select and recommend furniture, finishes, and materials that align with project goals and luxury standards.
• Monitor and apply emerging interior design trends to keep projects relevant and competitive.
• Engage with other departments to understand the expectation, provide design recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Work closely with architects, site managers, and the Project Head to integrate interior design seamlessly into overall project execution.
• Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and specifications for client approval and construction teams.
