Job Description

YOUR MISSION

  • Audit and accelerate the recruiting strategy for Sales and Operations roles to meet hiring targets across Germany

  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team

  • Act as a strategic sparring partner for senior leadership on talent strategy and leadership development topics

  • Drive process optimization and organizational transformation in close partnership with the HR Director

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

  • Proven experience in leading recruiting teams within high-growth or scale-up environments

  • A track record of success in hiring for Sales and Operations roles, ideally within the IT or technology sector

  • Strong capability to advise and coach senior management on people strategy and organizational effectiveness

  • Professional fluency in both German and English with excellent communication skills
