YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
Proven experience in leading recruiting teams within high-growth or scale-up environments
A track record of success in hiring for Sales and Operations roles, ideally within the IT or technology sector
Strong capability to advise and coach senior management on people strategy and organizational effectiveness
Professional fluency in both German and English with excellent communication skills
