Interim Registered Manager - EBD Children's Home

South East London & Kent | £350 Per Day | Immediate Start

Delphi Care Solutions is working in partnership with a growing children's care provider to appoint an experienced Interim Registered Manager for one of two established EBD homes in South East London and Kent.

• 4/5 bed EBD Children's Home
• 10-minute walk from Abbey Wood Elizabeth Line Station
• £350 per day

Erith, DA8

• 4/5 bed EBD Children's Home
• Operating for approximately 12 months
• 15-minute walk from Barnehurst Station
• £350 per day

About the Role

This is a hands-on interim leadership position requiring someone who can quickly assess a service, support the team, maintain compliance, and ensure young people receive the highest standard of care.

You will work closely with senior leadership to maintain operational excellence, embed best practice, and drive positive outcomes across the home.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Registered Manager experience within children's residential care
• Strong EBD background
• In-depth knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
• Experience managing Ofsted compliance and inspections
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop residential teams
• Confident managing safeguarding, quality assurance, and operational performance
• Available to start at short notice
