Join us as a Program Manager to drive the ZEISS AI strategy through cross ZEISS strategic programs and run innovation enablement projects, including consulting business units on AI driven transformation.
Lead cross-ZEISS strategic programs to operationalize the ZEISS AI strategy through AI-enabled process redesign and value cases, and by establishing enabling structures for AI adoption (e.g., people excellence initiatives, AI governance).
Run innovation enablement projects and consult business units on AI driven process redesign and use cases.
Provide tailored AI transformation consulting to business units.
Steer large, cross functional project teams.
Manage diverse senior stakeholders across ZEISS as a trusted advisor for AI and innovation transformation.
Excellent University degree, preferably in natural sciences, engineering, informatics or business.
5+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, with a focus on digital transformation in B2B businesses.
Hands-on AI Transformation experience is a must.
Proven track record in leading large projects or programs using agile methodologies.
Strong drive to create measurable impact.
Very strong communication skills and high empathy for collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.
Business fluent German and English.
