Interim Operations Manager
Asket is an independent direct-to-consumer apparel brand founded in 2015. Our vision is a world free of mindless consumption. We create and continuously refine a single permanent collection, allowing us to live fulfilled with less and do better by people and planet.
As Interim Operations Manager you're taking hands-on ownership of our day-to-day operations across logistics and customer experience. You lead our Operations Coordinator and CX-team, keep our 3PL and carrier relationships running smoothly, and make sure everything from inbound and fulfilment to delivery and returns works as it should. You're as comfortable digging into the details of a logistics integration as you are coordinating across teams on a broader initiative. You work closely with our COO/CFO on budget follow-up, partner negotiations, and compliance, but own the execution yourself.
This is a temporary role of approximately 10 months (parental cover), starting late November or early December 2026.

Mission
Ensure reliable, efficient, and compliant execution across Asket's logistics and customer experience operations, while continuously improving how we work.
Responsibilities
Run day-to-day operations across inbound, fulfilment, delivery, and returns
Lead and support the Operations Coordinator and CX-team
Monitor performance across 3PL partners, carriers, and internal processes
Own cost follow-up and operational reporting; support budget management with the COO/CFO
Manage relationships with external partners including 3PLs, carriers, and warehouses
Ensure compliance with packaging, customs, and shipping regulations across all markets
Own the technical integration between Centra and 3PL Partner, and Ingrid's checkout and returns platforms
Manage packaging procurement and supplier evaluation
Drive continuous improvements across processes and workflows
Lead monthly OPS meetings and KPI reviews
Own CX workforce planning and budget follow-up
Profile
5+ years in operations, logistics, or supply chain
Hands-on leader who can both set direction and get into the details
Strong analytical mindset with solid experience in budget management and performance reporting
Experienced in managing 3PL and carrier relationships
Structured, proactive, and calm under pressure
Background in DTC or e-commerce is a plus
