End of Line Specialist

Are you technically strong, analytical and passionate about automation? Do you enjoy optimizing machines, standardizing processes and supporting colleagues on the shop floor? Then this could be the right opportunity for you.

For our production site in Buggenhout, we are looking for an End of Line Specialist who will help optimize and standardize our End of Line setups.

Your challenge

As an End of Line Specialist, you ensure that our End of Line equipment operates as efficiently, reliably and consistently as possible.

You analyze existing settings, optimize parameter lists and ensure that new product references are correctly set up and fine-tuned. You also develop clear working instructions and share your technical knowledge with operators and technicians.

Through your expertise, you directly contribute to higher performance and a stable production process.

What will you do?

  • Create and standardize parameter lists for End of Line machines by product reference and production line.
  • Optimize existing parameter lists and machine settings.
  • Set up and fine-tune End of Line machines for new product references.
  • Develop clear instructions for efficient machine changeovers.
  • Train and coach operators on changeovers and the correct operation of End of Line equipment.
  • Support technicians during complex interventions on End of Line machines.
  • Analyze technical issues and identify sustainable solutions based on procedures, standards and best practices.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement within Production and Technical Services.

You will work closely with several departments across the organization, including:

Production – Technical Services – Supply Chain – Quality – HSE

  • apply all applicable safety, quality, environmental, hygiene, health and energy guidelines;
  • immediately report unsafe situations, deviations and technical failures;

  • have the authority to stop equipment in case of serious and imminent danger.

What do you bring?

You have:

  • a bachelor’s degree or equivalent level, preferably in a technical or production-related field;
  • at least 2 years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment;
  • solid technical knowledge of production and automation equipment;
  • knowledge of PLC controls, ABB and/or FANUC robotics and automatic packaging equipment;
  • knowledge of installation, maintenance and repair methods and techniques;
  • strong planning and organizational skills;
  • a good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • professional proficiency in English.
