Your ImpactAs Interim Director of Nursing, you’ll oversee all nursing operations and advance clinical excellence throughout the facility. In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop nursing teams to ensure compassionate, patient‑centered care
  • Ensure compliance with CARF, TJC, CMS, and state regulatory standards
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning
  • Monitor clinical outcomes and drive quality‑improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized treatment
  • Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Active RN License (Georgia or eligible for reciprocity)
  • Proven Nursing Leadership (DON, ADON, Nurse Manager, or equivalent)
  • Behavioral Health Experience in an inpatient psychiatric or residential setting (required)
  • Education BSN required; MSN or mental health nursing specialty preferred
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years RN experience
    • 2–3+ years progressive nursing management
    • 1–2+ years behavioral health RN experience preferred
