Interim Acute Rehabilitation Director

North Dakota

Signet Health's Acute Rehabilitation Division is growing and recruiting seasoned Interim Acute Rehabilitation Directors to manage hospital-based inpatient rehab programs. These are highly visible positions with strategic responsibility, working collaboratively with Signet Health and hospital leadership, creating a respected and cohesive program to serve the community.  All travel expenses reimbursed.

As an Interim Acute Rehabilitation Director, you will be responsible for the onsite daily management needs of the Signet Health Client hospital contractual relationship and the supervision of patient care for the unit.

Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversight and participation in the PAS process
  • Oversight and management of the IRF-PAI
  • UDS or eRehab expertise
  • Referral development - prioritizing internal case finding
  • Enforcing compliance measures
  • Establishing resources to achieve program goals and effectiveness
  • Management of the interdisciplinary team
  • Program analysis and communication to Signet and Hospital leadership

Requirements/Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a related clinical healthcare field (RN, PT, OT, SLT); Master’s degree preferred. *Candidates with Masters in Healthcare Administration will also be considered.

- Experience as a Director of Acute Rehabilitation is required.

- Experience working in a freestanding, inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital highly preferred.

- Demonstrates exceptional skills in all forms of communication – verbal, written, formal, informal.

- Works closely with others in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
